This special jersey and the surrounding collection were created in collaboration with Melllowpark, a place for self-determined leisure activities, sports opportunities, and a meeting place for young and old in southeast Berlin, and Iriedaily, a modern Kreuzberg fashion and skate brand. It combines style, sport, and football credibility in a modern performance football jersey and the surrounding collection.
As a streetwear and fashion label, Iriedaily stands for affordable prices and fashion inspired by Berlin's subcultures. As a youthful brand and sponsor of local soccer tournaments, Iriedaily is well-connected in Berlin's amateur soccer scene. The label stands for friendship, belonging, DIY, respect, and responsibility. Mellowpark is a sports venue for skateboarding, BMX, basketball, and other sports, but also invites people to linger and socialize. The location is a popular spot, especially for young Union Berlin fans. 1. FC Union Berlin has also supported its neighbor in the past. Iriedaily is another partner of the sports park. The association behind Mellowpark, all eins ev, was not only founded in 1994, but, like Iriedaily, is characterized by a DIY mentality.
For the collaboration, the CRAZY FRESH pattern created by Iriedaily was adapted to the club's colors. A light gray pattern featuring the Irie Union and Daily Eisern lettering completes the overall look. This exclusive pattern can be found on both the special jersey and the accompanying adidas collection.
