Photo book - softcover

The photos that the makers of the new Union book have selected for their illustrated book were taken between flag wavers and waving scarves, in the cigarette smoke and under the beer shower in the stadiums of the 2nd Bundesliga.

During the 2017/18 cup anniversary season, the Irons were accompanied on match days. Nick, Felix, and Marcus document the ups and downs of a mixed season with their photos: the empty coaching bench after the away match against Bochum, Damir Kreilach's farewell, the celebrations after the victory at Millerntor, and the choreography honoring the 1968 cup heroes. The emotions of a season are captured on 320 pages and with over 900 images.

However, the book shouldn't be seen as a history book with pictures. It's meant to say "thank you." Thank you to the father who took his son to Union. Thank you to Union and all Union fans for the kind of football and fan culture that the Iron Ones live by.
